Introduction

The Stables is a self catering cottage that will sleep 4 people and is situated adjacent to the farmhouse consists of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom both of which are en-suite. A fitted kitchen and separate lounge with sofa bed are next to a utility room with a washing machine. Off the utility room is another bathroom.
Bed linen, towels and hairdryers are provided. Central heating is included in the price. A high chair and cot are available if required.
The cottage also has access to a barbeque area with gas barbeque, parking is next to the cottage.
Ffynnon Rhosfa is conveniently located for the A48 and M4 yet set in peaceful surroundings with wonderful views. It is an ideal base for walking, cycling and exploring the attractions of South West Wales.
The National Botanical Garden of Wales is 15min`s away. Aberglasney Gardens, Llanelli wetlands centre, Ffos Las race course are less than half hour away.
The Gower Peninsular and Pembrokeshire are less than one hour away.
There are six golf courses are all within easy reach.
Within Llannon village are two friendly pubs approximately 1 mile away by road. Both pubs have local ales and a wide selection of food on offer.
Secure lockup facilities are available for bikes.

Take exit 48 come down the slip road to Hendy, turn right at the T junction into Hendy approximately 300yds turn left B4306, signposted Llannon follow this road for approximately 3 miles. At the cross roads turn right into Llwynteg proceed along the lane for approximately 1 mile Ffynnon Rhosfa Farm is the 2nd house on the right.
