Introduction

Tan-Y-Lan is a pretty, pleasantly decorated cottage complete with beams. The original byre dates back over 100 years and is on one level. There is full gas central heating throughout the cottage, and all fuel costs are included in the basic rental. The views to the front of the cottage are idyllic, with marvellous views overlooking the owner's 31/2 acres including landscaped gardens, with further views of the bay, estuary, River Towy and Llansteffan.

We also have one of two converted barns available for rental, complete with one bedroom and en-suite bathroom, sitting area and kitchen, outside there is a BBQ area with seating including dining area with outdoor gas heater, the barn sits within well maintained pretty gardens, overlooking marvellous views of the bay.
Camarthenshire offers plenty of activities to keep everyone happy, from walking and enjoying the countryside to looking around the pretty local shops or farmers markets.All in all this is a wonderful holiday location with golf , horse riding and other activities available locally, or if you prefer, an ideal place to spend time to relax and unwind in the beautiful Welsh countryside!

Barn
This is a wonderful single storey barn,that has been converted and is now available for rental, the barn consists of sitting room with kitchen and a pleasant bedroom with an en suite bathroom,The bedroom is furnished with matching bedroom furniture and has an en-suite bathroom with bath, overhead shower, WC and wash hand basin. The beds will be made up with fresh bed linen for your arrival and fresh towels are supplied.
Outside the cottage is a paved patio - this is a very pleasant area with surrounding flower beds and includes patio heater, bar-b-que and bench with table and chairs. There is also a utility room that houses the automatic washing machine/dryer and Freezer.

Cottage
Our traditional welsh cottage, really is a 'home from home'. The open beamed sitting room includes digital/remote controlled television and CD music system. The kitchen/diner is a well designed, open plan area that includes fridge, microwave and cooker. The bedroom is complete with double bed and a bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and washbasin.
The comfortable sitting room has an open beamed ceiling. There is full gas central heating throughout the cottage. All fuel costs are included in the basic rental.

We have installed a 7.5kw Solar Photovoltaic System which provides energy to all our cottages. There is a graveled area which provides a separate parking space close to the Cottage and barn.
