A self guided package with illustrated handouts that explores the heritage sites of the Tywi Valley. A full programme of three days in the field.

Day One - the Welsh Castles of Deheubarth - Carreg Cennen Dryslwyn and the seat of the Lord Rhys at Dinefwr.
Day Two - something different - the National Botanic Garden of Wales and Aberglasney Gardens.
Day Three - the Norman Castles of the coastal fringe - especially Kidwelly and the battle at Maes Gwenllian.

The tariff of £150 per person in inclusive of four nights bed and full breakfast at Allt Y Golau Uchaf, plus entry to the National Botanic Garden of Wales and Aberglasney Gardens.
Meals during the day and evening are not included. Prices are based on two persons sharing a double or twin bedroom.

The package is suitable for up to three couples who can use their own transport. They follow a detailed itinerary with suggestions for refreshment stops. Meals in the evening are left to the choice of the participant. There is therefore maximum freedom of choice as regards nearby venue and price (with advice available). Available from Oct 1st to May 1st.

In addition to the supplied guides there is a library of material relevant to the tour and copious assistance from the proprietor.
